The Grande Murano boasts an incredible pool area, perfect for unwinding after a day of culinary adventures. The restaurant above is a must-visit for seasonal dishes—definitely check out their fresh seafood offerings! Additionally, the staff were super helpful, offering a convenient pick-up and drop-off service to the port.
On the flip side, the bathroom had no shower supplies, which can be annoying. Plus, it would’ve been nice to have a kettle for a morning cup of tea.

missingWrote a review on Oct 23uncomfortable beds
The beds are incredibly uncomfortable. you can feel the springs digging in when you lie down. The bathrooms are outdated, lacking in modern conveniences, which detracts from the overall experience. Air conditioning failed to work properly despite requests for assistance, leaving the room uncomfortably warm. On top of that, noise disturbances from furniture being moved at late hours in the restaurant make it hard to get a good night's sleep.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Fira. I loved having easy access to shops and restaurants. The terrace outside my room offered amazing views of the caldera—a perfect spot for enjoying morning coffee. The suite was spacious and beautifully decorated, making it feel cozy. I appreciated the electric kettle in the room for quick tea breaks. However, the air conditioning was inconsistent and sometimes struggled to keep the room cool. The bathroom was a bit dated and could use some modernization. Also, the noise from the street could be disruptive at night. Overall, a decent stay but improvements in room comfort would be beneficial.

The kids loved the small pool area where they could cool off after exploring Fira. We enjoyed our big balcony with stunning sea views, especially during sunset. The location was fantastic, just a short stroll to shops and the beautiful Three Bells of Fira church.
In my wife’s opinion, adding more amenities for families would enhance the experience.

Disappointing Experience with Major Flaws
Unfortunately, my stay was marred by numerous issues. The uncomfortable beds and sanitation problems made it hard to relax. Communication about amenities was misleading, especially regarding the pool. I suggest verifying details in advance to avoid surprises.

good stay but certain areas need attention
The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, greeting us with genuine warmth each time we interacted with them. The suite we stayed in featured a spectacular view of the caldera, which enhanced our mornings significantly. Additionally, the area around the hotel was vibrant, filled with charming shops and cafes that made exploring easy and enjoyable. I particularly appreciated the pool view, which provided a restful ambiance for relaxation.
However, the bathroom design felt outdated, and some modern conveniences were lacking.
